How do I make an inactive customer active again?

You can reactivate a customer's profile from your Customers list.

Here's how:
 

1. In the left navigation bar, go to Sales, then Customers.
2. Use your Gear icon on the Customers list.
3. Find your Other section and turn on Include inactive.
4. Locate the inactive customer you're working with.
5. Select their Make active option in your Action column.
