How do I make my QuickBooks checking account to accept mobile checks for depositing? I think I meet all the criteria but the option is not available

The mobile check deposit feature is not available to all customers in the QuickBooks Checking account. Please know that to use this feature, there are some requirements that you'll need to achieve. Once you're eligible and approved, you'll be able to see the option to deposit checks whenever you click the Get Money option. Make sure to take clear pictures of both the front and back of your check, and then follow any provided instructions.

If there seems to be an issue after ensuring you're eligible, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. It helps clear any possible bugs that may prevent using the check deposit feature.
