I'll share some information about QuickBooks Checking, evelyn.

 

You can only have one debit card from your QuickBooks (QB) Checking account. You may order a replacement if you lose it. 

 

To answer your second question about adding another user, only Primary or Company admins can sign up for QB Checking and Payments. The person who applies and is approved is the only user who can move money to and from your QB Checking account. Any Primary or Company admins who didn't apply can see account balances. However, they can't move money around.
