You can create a custom form template, @GClementAZ.
This will enable you to exclude your company address and leave only the company name and phone details when printing invoices. I've got a way on how to accomplish this in QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how:
- Click the Gear icon ⚙️ at the top, and then select Custom form styles under Your Company section.

- On the Custom form styles page, tap the New style drop-down ▼, and then choose Invoice.

- You can add a name to this template on the Design tab.
- Go to the Content tab, and then click the pencil icon ✏️ to edit it.
- Tap +Address, and then uncheck the Street box.
- Make sure to check the Business name and Phone box, and then hit Done when you're ready.

Then, you can apply this custom template to your invoices. Here's how:
- Open an invoice, and then click the Customize button.
- Select the template you've created, and then tap the Print or Preview button.

- Click the Print button if you wish to print the said invoice, and then follow the onscreen prompts.
- Hit Save and Close once done.

To make your task easy and efficient, you'll want to email or print invoices in bulk. Also, you can pull up invoices-related reports to keep track of them. To achieve this, go to the Reports menu, hover down to the Who owes you section, and then select the desired report from there. Please see the screenshot below for visual reference:
