How do I print donor statements showing contribution activity for our church?

QuickBooks Online for Nonprofit uses a variety of specialized reports such as annual board member reports, donor reports, and grant reports. For donors, you can run a report called Customer Statement report (This shows the statement of Activity by Donor which displays your revenue, expenditures, and net income (profit or loss) by donor.  

Here's how to run the report: 

1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
2. Enter the report name in the search field.
3. Click Customize. 
4. Under Rows/Columns mark check the specific items you want to show in the report. 
5. You can customize the Filter as well. 
6. Press the Run report button.  
7. Hit the Print icon
