Hi,

Entered several journal enteries.  How do I print them to review?

Thank you!

Thanks.

I can't find "journal" to filter on.

Thanks for getting back to us. @NameUser

Allow me to chime in and walk you through the right direction with your journals. You may proceed as follows:

  1. Click the Reports tab on the upper menu.
  2. Under the Accountant & Taxes, select Journal.
  3. In the Customize Report tab, enter Transaction type in the search bar.
  4. By going to the drop-down menu, choose Journal.

I've also included some screenshot as your reference:

Hi there, @NameUser.

I'd be happy to help you print journal entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can print several journal entries by opening the transaction journal report and printing them in QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose Transaction Journal.
  3. Tap Print.
  4. Hit Report and click Report.

Please see the screenshot below for visual preferences:

Here’s more information on how to run a transaction journal report: View the Transaction Journal report in QuickBooks Desktop.

For additional tips about running and customizing reports in QuickBooks Desktop, you can open this article: Understand reports.

Thanks.

I'm on QB desktop.  I entered them last night, so I really want a report.  Thanks

There's no need to create a report if you don't want to.

To print a Journal, click the Print button at the top of the Journal.

Oh, I see.

In this case create a Journal report and filter it for General Journal Transactions.

Start at Reports | Accountant & Taxes | Journal.

Then click the Customize Report button and then on the Filters tab, set the Transaction Type filter to "Journal".
