You can record your bank service charge refund to your account by using the Record Deposits feature. I recommend contacting your accountant to ensure the accuracy of books and for guidance in selecting an account. If you don't have one, you can find a professional through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/find-an-accountant/.

To proceed: 

1. On the Homepage, select Record Deposits.
2. From the Deposit To dropdown, choose the account where it was deposited
3. From the Received From column, click the dropdown and select where the refund is from.
4. In the From Account column, select the correct account.
5. Enter the refund amount in the Amount column.
6. Once done, click Save & Close.
