Thank you for joining us here in the QuickBooks Community, Domingo. Let me assist you in removing a vehicle on your mileage.

If you no longer need to use a vehicle in QuickBooks Self-Employed, we can make it inactive. However, please note that you can't mark your vehicle as inactive if it's set as the primary. First, you need to assign a different vehicle as the primary one. When you're ready, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon and then Vehicle info.
  2. Select Vehicle info.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow and select Manage Vehicle.
  4. From there, select the Vehicle no longer in use button. This moves your vehicle to the Inactive section of your Manage Vehicles panel.

To help you track your vehicle expenses, you can visit this article: Track expenses for vehicles in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'll be here if you still have questions about your mileage. Have a great day ahead, and take care.
