I'm glad to have you here in the Community. Allow me to guide you in removing your PayPal and Venmo from your invoices.

As of the moment, QuickBooks Online doesn't offer the option to delete any payment method. However, we can make that specific payment method inactive instead.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select All Lists.
  2. Choose Payment Method
  3. Look for the Venmo or PayPal drop-down, then click Make Inactive
  4. Click Save.

Once done, please note that you might encounter a prompt message saying, "This payment method can't be deleted because it is used on a customer." If that happens, you'll have to change each transaction that uses that method to make it inactive.

Furthermore, we have some articles that can help you when you accept credit card payments from your customers or learn how to record payments you make to your credit cards:

Please let me know if you need further assistance removing your PayPal or Venmo or in navigating your QuickBooks. We're always here to help. Keep safe.
