Hi there, @Skyline. Let me guide on how to remove the credit card option in your invoice.

I can help you remove the credit card option from your invoice. The best way to do this is to make it inactive, which will allow you to reactivate it later if you need to use it again.

To remove the credit card option in your invoice, here's how:

  1. Go to the Invoices section.
  2. Select the invoice for which you want to remove the credit card payment option.
  3. Click Customize settings and select the invoice Payments section.
  4. Deselect the credit card payment option.
  5. Save your changes.

I do not see the "Customize setting" in the invoices section.  Is that because I'm using the beta solopreneur plan?

Thanks for getting back to us, skylinecottoncan.

I want to make sure you're able to remove the credit card option from invoices in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the cache to rule out any browser related issues. If the cache becomes too full it can cause certain viewing and performance issues. Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome for example:

1. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots).
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
5. Click Clear data.

The following article provides similar steps for other browsers: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

Please give this a try and let me know how things look afterward. I'll be here if you have any other questions.
