Your customers can conveniently sign their invoices electronically directly on your phone or tablet using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

 I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then select Invoices.
  2. Select an existing transaction or create a new one.
  3. Enter the necessary information.
  4. Tap Save if you're using an IOS device. If you're using an Android device, select Done.
  5. Choose Get Signature, then have your customer sign the invoice with their finger.
  6. Tap Done to complete the process.

 

If you're using the web version to send invoices, you won't be able to use e-signature approval. However, you can integrate a supported third-party app as a workaround. |

 

To find a third-party app, you have two options: visit the Intuit apps website or explore the Apps menu in your QBO account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Apps menu on the left pane.
  2. Select the Find Apps tab and type a keyword in the search bar. 
  3. Click the magnifying glass to search, then choose the app that suits your needs.
