How do I save an estimate as a pdf file

I need to be able to save documents (in particular estimates and invoices as pdf files). The export to pdf doesn't appear in the print menu. How do I do this?

Look at the bottom left of the print window.

You may have to expand the "disclosure triangle" control on the ring window if you have it shrunk down.
