How do I search for my customers by address in QB. It used to work and now it doesn't, which is really annoying.

I've replicated your scenario here on my end and was able to search for the customer's name using their address. Since you can't find their name, I recommend logging in to your account through a private window using these shortcuts:

• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it'll work, the cause must be from your regular browser. You'll want to clear its cache and try logging in to another supported browser if the issue persists.
