How do I see when a client has opened an invoice? It used to show at the bottom of the invoice the date and time when they saw it but it doesn't anymore. Help!

Let me share information about the recent updates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The viewed status at the bottom of an invoice is no longer available. However, you can see further details of your invoice activity by clicking on a specific invoice on the Invoice page.

 

To do that, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Sales, then select Invoice.
  3. Click the Invoice you want to view, and a panel on the right will appear.
