How do I see when a customer has opened their emailed invoice?

Customers say they haven't received an invoice. How can I confirm they have read the email?

It's nice to see you here in the Community! I'm here to help you check the delivery status of your invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

You can find out if invoices have been Sent, Viewed, Deposited, or Paid by following these steps:

 

  1. On the left navigation panel, go to Invoices.
  2. Head to the Invoices tab.
  3. Check the Status column.

 

If the status says "Viewed," you'll know your customers have read the email. I left a screenshot below for you.
