How do I send 1099NEC to contractor in QuickBooks online without a tax ID or SSN?

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. The IRS mandates the submission of 1099 forms with vendors' SSN information or Tax ID, leading QuickBooks to disallow the use of dummy details in the accounts. Therefore, this is not possible with QuickBooks Online.
