To make your customized payment receipt the default option for email communication, navigate to the Formatting section. Once there, select your customized payment receipt to ensure it is automatically chosen whenever you send an email. This will streamline your process and maintain consistency in your communications.

Verify Data:

1. Navigate to File menu.

4. Click Ok to continue.

Rebuild Data:

1. Click the File tab at the top.
2. Select Utilities from the drop-down option.
3. Choose Rebuild Data.
