I have one more steps to try. You'll want to log in as Admin in QuickBooks. Then, follow the steps provided by my peer above to add a new account.
If you're still unable to see the option, please contact our Customer Care Support so we can create a ticket for you and investigate further. Here's how to reach out:
- Go to Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of the issue, then tap Continue.
- Click either Chat or Callback.

None of the solutions above worked so I opened a chat. He guided me to change to the accountant view instead of business view. Once in accountant view, I can see the account detail options.
