Hello there, betsy-landmarkon. Allow me to chime into this thread and help you how to send an email when someone pays you an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can go to the Account and Settings page in QBO to ensure that your payment notification email delivery is properly set up. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Kindly log in to your QuickBooks Online account
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Choose Account and Settings.
  4. Select the Company menu.
  5. Scroll down to the Contact info section.
  6. Pick the Pencil icon to edit your email address.
  7. Click the Save button.
  8. Hit Done.

If you've entered your email address correctly but still can't receive notifications, it's possible that they are being send to your Spam or Junk folders. To check this, you can access your email and review these folders.

Furthermore, here's an article you can browse through in case you need assistance if you still can't receive emails from QBO: Unable to receive Intuit email from QuickBooks Payments.

Lastly, I've added this article on how to manage your customer payments towards your account: QuickBooks Payments.

Feel free to reach us again if you have any other queries about payments-related concern in QBO. We're always here anytime. Stay safe.
