How do I show "hidden items" in my reimbursable items group when I bill a customer?

I pay for an item with my credit card and mark it as a billable expense to my customer.  When we create the invoice, the reimbursable items are hidden and grouped into one line item amount.  I want the customer to see each item they are reimbursing us for.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to show the grouped line item amount in the invoice once you send it to your customer.
