How do I show the account number in a JE? It doesn't appear anymore.

When viewing a JE, the account number does not appear in the Account column anymore, even though I have account number enabled in the Settings.

Thanks for notifying us about the issue you encountered with account numbers not showing on the journal entries, tswegle. I've got some information about this matter. 

 

We've received and encountered similar cases and reports where the account numbers are not reflecting on the journal entries, regardless of when users enable it in the Account settings. To address this concern, I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. 

 

Here's how to contact us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then select the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, then select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

 

Furthermore, if you've created an entry by mistake, you can delete or reverse this to update and correct its details whenever you want.
