How do I stop a reoccurring bill/expense

I have an bill that keeps posting every month and want to stop it

Good morning, @sahack-tds-net.

 

How's your day going so far? I hope all is well. 

 

You have a couple of options here. You can pause the recurring bill temporarily or delete it altogether. I'm going to go ahead and post the steps for both ways below. 

 

To stop the recurring bill temporarily:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Recurring Transactions.
  3. From the Recurring Transactions list, locate the invoice template. Then, click Edit.
  4. In the Type drop-down arrow, click Unschedule.
  5. Hit Save template.

 

To permanently delete the recurring bill:

 

  1. From the Recurring Transactions window.
  2. On the Action column, click the arrow-down icon beside the Edit link.
  3. Click on Delete, then Yes to complete the action.
