How do I stop showing the "Customer payment options" (Visa, Mastercard etc) and "add product or service" when looking at an invoice?

To stop showing the customer payment options and the add product or service option in QuickBooks, you can make changes in your settings by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your top right corner. 
  2. Click Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Sales menu.
  4. Scroll down and look for the Online delivery row, then click on it.
  5. Under Additional email options for invoices, click the dropdown and choose either HTML or Plain text.
  6. Press Save

 

If you're using the new layout, you must switch to the old layout for these changes to apply. However, it's important to note that only specific users have the ability to switch back to the old layout.
