How do I sync ebay sales to the deposits from those sales that are shown in my bank statement? Via zelle, etc

Hi there, @Rodr638684. I'm here to assist you sync your eBay to QuickBooks Online without duplicating the transaction.

You can connect your sales channels like eBay into QuickBooks Online. This process allows you to import orders and payouts that are reflected on your bank statement. Here's a helpful guide on how to connect the two platforms:
 

1. Sign into QuickBooks Online as the company admin.
2. Select Commerce, then select Connect sales channel.
3. Select eBay, then hit Next.
4. Choose the date you want to bring in your sales data from, then select Next.
5. Click Continue.
6. Read through the consent to connect information and select Agree.
7. Enter the info for your channel, then sign into your account.

Furthermore, to avoid duplicating transactions, you can follow the steps below to categorize the deposits and sales entries:
 

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Transactions Tab in the left corner.
3. Click Apps Transactions.
4. Select your sales channel from All connections, then select For Review.
5. Choose your payout, then select an option in the Action column. Select Add (This payout is ready to be added to your QBO).
6. Go to Bank Transactions.
7. Click Confirm or Match to match the payout with the bank deposit from your sales channel. This connects the eBay payout you've added and the downloaded bank transaction so there are no duplicates.
