Hi, sgraham1clc. I have information that will help you in taking picture of the receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you want to capture the receipts for the expense transactions you've manually entered in QBO, you can consider taking a screenshot of the official stub found in QBO and print it.

If you're referring to taking a picture of the physical receipts of the transactions, you can consider using the snap receipt feature in the QBO mobile app. This way, you can easily photograph and upload the receipts. I can walk you through the steps to doing so.

  1. Open your QBO mobile app.
  2. Go to the Menu icon, then select Receipt snap.
  3. Choose the Receipt camera and take a photo of your receipt.
  4. Tap the Use this photo, then Done.

You can visit this article for more details about moving your receipts to QBO: Upload your receipts to QuickBooks Online.

For a seamless process in sending your expense receipts and bills to QBO, you can visit this article: Email receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to get back to this post if you have further concerns about taking a picture of receipts in QBO. I'm more than happy to assist you.
