How do I track my last year expenses

Welcome to the Community space, Rose. I'll help you keep track of your last year's business expenses and upgrade your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

You can run the Profit and Loss report and filter it to show expenses from the previous year. We'll be happy to outline the steps to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, click the Reports tab.
3. In the Search bar, enter Profit and loss and then click the report.
4. Filter the reporting period to your preferred date.
5. When you're ready, click the Run report button.

To upgrade your current subscription, log into the company account as the primary or company admin. Once you're ready, follow the steps below:

1. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
2. Ensure your payment info is up to date.
3. In the QuickBooks Online section, click Upgrade your plan.
4. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
5. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
