How do I transfer 25 invoices to my CPA

We're glad to have you post in the Community, ckishish. Let me share information about transferring invoices from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to your CPA's account.

In QBO, transferring invoices from a company file to their accountant's account is not an option. QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) users invited as accountant in their client's company in QBO can access and manage their clients' invoices and data.

Thus, if you haven't invited your accountant as a user yet on QBO, I recommend sending them an invitation. This way, they can manage the said invoices using their QBOA account. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account as a primary admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
3. Click the Accountants tab and enter your accountant's email address. Then, press Invite.
