I'd be happy to assist you in turning off the approve feature in estimates, ebev123.

The Review and approve option in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is activated

when you use the Modernized template as your Design. Hence to disable this feature, you'll need to select Other templates or customize the estimate template to fit your preference.

To achieve this, here's how:

  1. Go to the left-hand side menu and click the + New button.
  2. Choose Estimate from the options.
  3. On the Estimate page, click Manage and select Design.
  4. In the Other templates section, choose the template you want to use, or click Add/Edit to create a new estimate template or edit an existing one.
  5. Enter the necessary information on the estimate.
  6. Choose Review and send, then Send estimate.

Afterward, please instruct your customer to review the estimate in their email. They should no longer see the Review and approve option.

Furthermore, you can browse this article for a detailed guide on how to duplicate an invoice or an estimate in QuickBooks Online if you have a customer with a recurring estimate or invoice. With this, you can save time by duplicating the layout.

I'm just one post away if you have other estimate-related concerns, ebev123. Feel free to drop them in the comment section below. Have a good one!
