How do I turn off the Invoice amount tracker for my staff? The green and orange bars at the top of the Invoice page? I don't like that they can see that.

My front desk staff does invoicing for me when customers check out. I don't want them to see the running total of paid vs unpaid invoices at the top of the page. How do I get rid of access for that?

Adding users to help you with your business operations and bookkeeping can ease the workload in business. Although you can manage and customize to limit your staff to do invoicing, there’s no specific option where you can limit them from seeing the status bar for paid and unpaid invoices.

 

I understand that this customization would greatly impact your company as it helps you assign a specific role for your staff in the business. While considering this option to be included in the application’s future enhancements, I recommend sending this suggestion to our product development team:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
  4. Click Next to submit feedback.
