I frankly never would come to a bookkeeping software for this service. It sounds like a massive breach of privacy and is generally a clunky and distracting addition to my workflow.

If you're referring to your QuickBooks Business Network visibility, you can manage the setting from your Account and settings screen.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Account and settings.
  2. Access your Advanced tab.
  3. Click Business Network and hit Off.
  4. Select Save, then Done.

After turning the accounts visibility to "Off", QuickBooks customers won't be able to find your business if they search the QuickBooks Business Network. You'll still be able to search for your customers and vendors, send invitations to connect, and use the AP Automation feature. Your connections made before turning off the visibility will still have your customer-facing contact details and can use AP Automation to send/receive invoices through the network.
