How do I view past checks that have already been printed?

I have a check listed in my QBO register, but it has not yet cleared my bank.  How do I see if this check was actually printed or not?

Is there a place to view all printed checks?

Hello there toddplunk,

I'd be happy to help you.

You can run the Check Detail report and customize it by printed checks details.

Here’s how to run the report:

  1. Click Reports on the left navigation pane.
  2. In the Go to report search field, type in Check Detail.
  3. Click the Customize button at the upper right corner.
  4. Click Filter section, select Check Printed and click the dropdown arrow and click Printed option.
  5. Click Run report.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there, Zohan.

Thanks for getting back to us.  I'd be happy to assist you with reprinting checks in QuickBooks Online.

I want to make sure that I provide you the right resolution. May ask if you received an error message while reprinting the checks? For us to check if there's a related issue with the concern. If not, you can follow these steps to reprint the check with the correct year.

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Reports.
  2. Look for  Check Detail report.
  3. Select the correct date period from the drop-down.
  4. From the report, select the check you'd like to print.
  5. If you're printing a single check, select Print check.

For more details about the process, you can check out this article about printing a check: Print a check-in QuickBooks Online
