How do we get rid of this graphic which is blocking our customer transaction list?

We just converted to QBO for our church and of course were bombarded with all the "help" pop ups.  This one has no X to close it and we can't figure out how to get rid of it.  We have tried different browsers and different computers and it is there on all of them. We have contacted Tech support once and of course they could not solve it and promised to get back to us which of course she did not.  We need to be able to get to the customer transaction list.  Ideas???

    Being able to access your customer transaction list is indeed essential, usercaptak. 

     

    The pop-up notifications are intended to offer helpful suggestions for enhancing your QuickBooks experience. Although the option to permanently disable them is unavailable, you can dismiss them by clicking the X or No, thanks buttons.

     

    As you mentioned the difficulty in finding the X button, I suggest sharing your insights with our developers so they can investigate and address this issue. Kindly follow these steps:

     

    1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
    2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
    3. Select Next to submit.

     

    Additionally, we can enable the pop-up blocker of your browser so it can prevent any pop-ups from showing up. Let me walk you through this process:

     

    1. Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.  
    2. Select Site Settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
    3. Hover to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and select Block from the drop-down menu. 

     

    For Safari browser:

     

    1. Open your Safari browser.
    2. Click Safari, then Preferences
    3. Select Websites at the top
    4. Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
    5. Select Block in the pop-up menu for the website.

     

    You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

     

    Furthermore, you can also run a Transaction List by Customer and customize it in Modern View or Classic View.
