The option to add a statement message to all statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. As a workaround, you can add your message in the email body section.
For now, I recommend sending feedback. Your feedback will help us improve your QBO experience and will be shared with our Product Development Team.
Here's how:
At the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
Under the Profile, select Feedback.
Enter your comments or product suggestions.
Then, select Next to submit a feedback.
