To start with, if you want to add or delete a category in your Chart of Accounts, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon.
  2. Select All List under the Lists column.
  3. Select Chart of Accounts.
  4. Click the dropdown button next to the account you want to edit or delete.

 

However, if you're looking to edit or delete the categories of the products and services you sell, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon.
  2. Select All List under the Lists column.
  3. Click Product Categories under Products and Services.
  4. From there you can edit or add a category to your inventory.

 

On the other hand, in editing your payment method, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon.
  2. Select All List under the Lists column.
  3. Click Payment Methods. From the dropdown arrow, click Edit.
