How do you find an inactive customer? I inactivated a customer, but now I need to reactivate them. I can not find them.

When a customer is inactive, all their transactions will still be available on reports. To make a customer active again, Here's how:

1. At the left navigation panel, select Sales.
2. Click Customers.
3. Above the ACTION column, click the Settings icon.
4. Tick the Include inactive under the Other.
5. Find the inactive customer on the list.
6. In the ACTION column, select the Make active.
