I have some methods to share with you about including job names or other information on the checks, akrepel1.

QuickBooks defaults to only printing the parent name, and the option to print the job names is unavailable. I see how helpful to have the ability to print job names in QuickBooks Online.

For now, let's send your feedback to our Product Development team by following the steps below. This allows us to evaluate your suggestion and meet your requirements.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Enter your suggestion. Then, click Next.

You'll also want to include the job name in the memo field when creating checks. Please note that not all information added in the Memo field will be printed. Thus, I recommend including this in your feedback. Here's how you can print it.

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Select Print checks.
  3. Tick the check you want to print.
  4. Click Preview and print.

Alternatively, you can look for a third-party application that helps you print job names, memos, and all the details needed.

I'm sharing these articles with additional information about printing checks and resolving QuickBooks Online printing issues.

I look forward to hearing from you again if you have any other concerns regarding printing transactions or anything related to QuickBooks. I'll provide the details you need and help with your concerns about printing transactions in our program.
