I can share insights about getting wrap the text of a purchase order, @larry94.

If you want to wrap the text so that all data fits into the Description field of a purchase order, it's unavailable. However, all the text entered in that field will show when printing. As long as the information or items added on the invoice is not too much, you can have it print for only one page. If there are more items added, you'll have to print more than one.

As a workaround, you can download the purchase order and customize it outside QBO. Otherwise, you can also look for a third party app that can help you in wrapping text in the Description field of a purchase order. You can search for applications through the Apps menu of your QBO, then click Find Apps tab. You can also look here in our QuickBooks Online App Store or outside QuickBooks.
