In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can insert a line by clicking the + icon when selecting a line item in invoices. Here's how:
Go to Sales and select Invoices.
Locate the invoice and click Edit under the Action column.
Select the lower line item and click the green plus (+) icon.
Enter the necessary information.
Click Save and Close.
Furthermore, you can personalize your sales forms in QBO by using the tools available in the program. Doing so allows you to create professional designs for your invoices and include information relevant to your business needs.
