Welcome to the Community, js. I understand the importance that you want to see the estimates you sent to your customer via email.
Right now, there isn't way to retrieve or look back at the emails you sent from QuickBooks Online. However, you can run a report that tracks the estimates you sent.
With this, I recommend running the Estimates by Customer report and customizing it. That way, you'll have the option to add the Sent column.
Here's how:
On the left panel, select Reports
Choose Estimates by Customer in the search field.
Selectthe Customize button.
Click the Change Columns, then checkmark the Sent box.
