How do you select or scroll through attachments on customer invoices on the app? It isn’t letting me do either.

Warm welcome, @Kay46. I see the convenience of selecting or scrolling through attachments on customer invoices using the QuickBooks app. 

 

Upon checking here, we have a new investigation (INV-97723) wherein customers were unable to view attachments in the mobile app. Rest assured, our engineers are working diligently to resolve it and get your business up and running again.

 

If you want to be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates on the progress of the investigation, I recommend contacting our customer support team. 

 

To reach our support team:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select the Search tab. 
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
