from my business i have receipt for my taxes we want to add the receipt for my yearly taxes

Hello, @sosmith974. I'll help you upload your tax receipts in QuickBooks Online Self-Employed (QBSE). 

 

QuickBooks offers several ways on how you can add your receipts to QBSE. You can snap a photo and upload it to QuickBooks using your device or manually attach it using a web browser. Let me show you how:

 

 On iPhone or iPad (iOs):

 

  1. Tap the Transactions menu and choose the plus (+) sign.
  2. Select Snap receipt.
  3. Take a picture of the receipt, or choose the photo icon to upload.

 

On Android phone or tablet:

 

  1. From the Transactions menu, select Add receipt.
  2. Upload the photo of your receipt.

 

On a web browser (using your computer):

 

  1. Navigate to the Transactions menu and select Receipts.
  2. Choose Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive. Please know that QuickBooks supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PING formats. Each photo should only have a single receipt.

 

Once you've successfully upload your receipts, you can categorize them to organize your income and expenses.
