How I can retrieve deleted bills in QBO?

Good afternoon, @seehamqbo-gmail-

 

It's great to see you back in the Community. I can provide you with some information about retrieving your deleted bills in QBO. 

 

If you have selected to delete particular bills, then there isn't a way to bring it back. 

 

However, you can still review the details that were entered on the bill through the Audit Log so that you can recreate it if need be. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Audit Log option under the "Tools" column. 
  3. Scroll and locate one of the bills and hit the View hyperlink/button in the History portion. 

 

From there, click on each time date to see what was added, edited, or deleted. Afterwards, you can use the information to recreate the bill if need be.
