We appreciate you for raising your concern here, @newcreation7.

Let me explain the factors that affect when ACH payments will be posted in your bank and why sometimes it takes a while.

If you're new to QuickBooks (QB) Payments, the ACH will take five days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while we set everything up in the first month. We'll send an email to you once it's complete, informing you that the process will be at the normal speed.

Moreover, the payments will be deposited in your bank account in the next banking days if you process them before 3 PM PT. If after that time, we'll deposit them within two business days. This means that your funds are safe.
