How long does it take for paid invoices to hit my account? It’s taking forever!!!

I can imagine how challenging that situation must have been for the paid invoices that take too long to reflect in your account, gryphon.

I'll share some insights on why the paid invoices have been delayed and guide you through the process by locating the Deposit Speed section.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the deposit speed would depend on the product and type of payment you're using. Moreover, if you're a new user, the process will take five business days before it will be in your account.

I'd be glad to show you how:

1. On the upper right corner, look for the Gear icon.
   
2. Click Account and settings.
   
3. Select the Payments tab.
   
4. Review the Deposit Speed section.
