Question

How much does QB charge for invoicing/ payment? Is there a % or max $ cap per transaction?

I thought the charges were 1% but up to $10 or $15 maximum per invoiced payment. But I just found out that it wasn't the case. It has deducted $71 (invoiced amount $7,100).
It is a total rip-off.....

Yes, there's a percentage capping per transaction for invoice payments, Manish.

You're correct that QuickBooks Payments has 15 USD capping for invoices paid via ACH. However, it would be best to contact our Payments Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account and help you as to why the capping wasn't applied this time. Here's how you can reach out to them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
