QuickBooks provides a variety of reports that will tell you the different aspects of your business. You'll run the Transaction List by Customer report and customize it to show the right data you need. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the Reports tab, then search for the report.
2. Under the Report period, choose Last Year to show the information on 2023.
3. Click Customize in the upper-right corner, and then click the Change columns hyperlink.
4. Tick the A/R Paid and Open Balance box to show on the report.
5. Click Run report.
