How to add multiple notes to customers?

i need a note for every time i contact customer

Hello Suzy,

 

As of now, we're unable to add notes to multiple customers at the same time. I can see how this functionality would greatly save time in saving one.

 

With that, I suggest sending a proposal to our developer's team. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon.
  2. Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
  3. Enter a few words to describe your suggestion.
  4. Click Next.

 

For now, we'll have to enter notes manually into every customer's profile. Below are the steps to achieve this goal.

 

  1. From the Sales tab, select Customers.
  2. Select the customer's name.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Enter a note in the Notes and attachments section.
  5. Click Save.
