How to add new individual invoices from a facility

I have not found how to add new invoices paid by 27 facilities monthly here. Can somebody help me?

To create a sales receipt, here's how:

 

  1. In the left menu of your QBO account, choose the + New button.
  2. Select Sales receipt.
  3. Choose a customer from the ▼ dropdown.
  4. Review the Sales receipt dateDue date, and Terms.
  5. In the Product or service section, select a product or service from the ▼ dropdown.
  6. Enter the DescriptionQTYRate, and Amount if needed.
  7. Click Save and close.
