How to add PO numbers to Inventory QuickReport?

Hello,

I am trying to add the PO numbers to our inventory QuickReport and see no way to do this. I tried to customize the report and pick all the options that are there but nothing will give me the PO number only the bill number (invoice number). How can this be done?

Let me share why P.O. numbers are not showing when running an Inventory quick report using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).


Kindly note that the reason of P.O. numbers not showing on the Inventory quick report in QBDT is because it's a non-posting transaction. If you require a report that displays your P.O. transactions, you can generate a Transaction Detailed report. Here's how:
 

  1. In Reports, click Accountant and Taxes and select Transaction detail by Account.
  2. Choose the Customize report tab and set the date you want to pull up.
  3. Go to the Filters tab and pick the P.O. number.
  4. If done, click OK.

Thank you for your help but when I picked P.O. Number I do not see them added to the report. It does not add it to the filtering, it acts like it needs something filled out in the P.O. Number field in order to add it to the report.
