How to change the contractor email - it's grayed out and not changable?

To begin with, if you've sent your contractor an invitation to QuickBooks Online Payroll, their email address will be grayed out. To edit their email address, we can go through the Vendors tab.

Here's how:

1. Go to Expenses, then click the Vendors tab.
2. Locate the contractor's name in the list and click on it to open their details.
3. Click Edit and look for the field labeled Email.
4. Type in the new email address and click Save to confirm the changes.
